Disk Defragmentor

I added Microsoft Office 2000 to my computer recently. I
tried to run the disk defragmentor. When I did this I
received the following message:

Snap-in failed to initialize.
Name: -not available-
CLSID: {43668E21-2636-11D1-A1CE-0080C88593A5}

I was unable to run the Disk Defragmentor. What does this
message mean, and what do I need to do so that the disk
defragmentor will run?

You should run scan disk or check disk depending on what OS you have first.
Try doing it in Safe Mode and see if it doesn't work.
