Disk Full Alert

A

Allen Long

I am receiving Disk Full Alert messages every time I try to save a
Word document. My disk is not full.
Info:
Processor: 1.6 GHz PowerPC G5
Memory: 1 GB DDR SDRAM
OSX 10.3.4

What has to be done so that I can save to my disk?

Thank you

Allen

Oooooh, this is the long-standing bug that is supposed to be fixed in
Word 2004:

If you're using Word 2004 and you're still seeing it, that's important
news! Are you? m.

Good question! I'd like to know too.

And if you missed JE's post, the workaround is available here:

How much free space do you have? OSX seems to require at least 1.8 GB free
to perform.
