Hi, I just got hit by the "Disk Full Problem" in Word 2004. I have a
document that's only a few pages with some images copied from a file
that was orginally created in Powerpoint XP. Word had no problems
saving the file until I added a table. Then the "Disk Full" message
appeared when the auto-save tried to save the backup copy. I was able
to open a new blank document and copy and paste all of the text and
images to that new document. But when I tried saving the new document,
Word crashed.
I'm new to Word on the Mac, but I understand the Disk Full problem has
quite a long history. Is it know that the problem still exists in Word
2004? Is there a workaround? Thanks for any information.
