Disk is full error when saving office files

We have office 2000 on a Windows 2003 terminal server. When users (without
Administrator permissions) try to save office files - (for example word
documents and excel spreadsheets) they get an error that the disk is full
trying to write to [driveletter] Free some space... . The disk is not full
though. This problem does not occur with users who have are members of the
administrators group.

Hi R.,

Are these new installs or existing one and something has been changed?
Office 2000 required a specific Transform (.MST) to be used when deploying.

What file/folder permissions do the users have? Do the users have elevated privleges?

Hi Bob

The installation has been in place for some time but the problem has
occurred from day 1. The original install was undertaken using the
transforms.mst. The users who experience the problem have standard user
permissions... regardless of where they try to save the file. Administrators
do not experience the issue. I figurte it is a permissions issue, perhaps
there is a folder which office uses for something which standard users dont
get permission too? The w2003 server (std) is a terminal server and AD DC.
