Dislay lag for inserted pictures.

Hi,

Does anybody encounter this problem?

Whenever I insert pictures into word, it appears immediately after
insertion, however when I scroll away from the picture and subsequently
back, the picture is not displayed, the page is blank and I have to guess
the location of the picture, click it to make it appear. Then when I scroll
off the page and back again the part of the picture being scrolled off
screen does not appear.

Yes. I get that. It's been a feature for years and years - or seems
like it.

My solution is to use a different program (Papyrus), but that's not the
answer you want - and really I'd like to know too!
