Dispalying Help comments on Custom Fields

I have developed a highly customised version of MS Project but would like to
do ONE more thing! When I hover the mouse over a field heading in a table a
comment pops up telling me its name with a hyperlink to help. Can I
customise what appears in the comment box? Any guidance on this would be
greatly appreciated. I am using XP and 03 versions.
