Display A Hyperlink that Works in My Tasks - My Assignments

Using 2007 version - We want to add the Hyperlink Href column to the view
called My Assignments or a custom view under My Tasks so the user can click
the link and it works as a hyperlink.

When I go to create a view under Manage Views - Select View Type as My Work
since I want the view to display under My Tasks - the Hyperlink Href column
is not a choice under Available Fields.

What is the best way to provide the Hyperlink to the user in My Assignments?

There is no way to do this with Project Server 2007.. What's your
exact scenario?

The objective is to have one screen the user goes to to update tasks and
click on related links without having to navigate to multiple screens within
the application.

We have end users who will only be asked to go into My Tasks to update %
Complete on tasks and management wants the users to also have the hyperlink
right there in the same screen view to click to view documentation related to
a task or an see an email address to contact related to the task.

Yeah that might be tough to do. The link could be a custom field I
guess. Making it clickable would probably take some script running on
the page to format the cell into a hyperlink.. There's no way out of
the box (that I'm aware of) to do that..
