Display a Specific Word after applying Filter

I have a list of Names of Employee in one column A, List of Salary in Column
B, list of Dept in Column C. In Case I apply Filter on Dept, I want to
display a specific Name in the "displayed" column of Names to be displayed in
a cell below the Data or else if not find return a Blank Cell.

I'm not able to picture what you're trying to do.

Are you talking about AutoFilter? Advanced Filter?

If autofilter, specifically filtering on column C ("Dept"), all rows of
your data that meet the filter criteria will be displayed.

Do you then want only some of that data to appear?

Where below the data do you want that specific name to appear?

Unfortunately, without your answering the rest of my questions, I have
no more idea of what you're after than I did before.

I'm sure you know exactly what you want, but I'm just not understanding
it.

Another one I should have asked: *What* 'specific name' do you want to
display, and how should XL figure it out?
