Display additional shapes

I started a drawing using the floorplan setup. Although it has a
"Telecom / Electrical" tab, there is no "HVAC" tab. I need a shape for
a vent. How do I get Visio to display an additional set of shapes?

Goto File > Shapes > HVAC *

In Visio Pro, there are several HVAC stencils you might try perusing.
