Display all the commands on a menu in Office2003

Lads & Lassies,
When opening a menu in an Office application (like the TOOLS menu in
Outlook2003) you find the frequently used commands displayed right away and
the infrequently used commands in the drop down menu.

With a doubleclick on the menu I can display all commands at the same time
but I would like to have all commands displayed with a single click
(basically I want to get rid of the double-arrow in the drop-down menu).

Any ideas where that setting is? I checked the help but found only the
information that that frequently used commands are found when clicking on the
double-arrow in the drop-down list and not how to get rid of that function
and display all commands right away.

Any help is appreciated,
OH

In Word, click on View | Toolbars | Customize | Options tab | check the
"Always show full menus" box.
