Display as a row of back slashes

When I invite an attendee on Microsoft Exchange Server to a meeting, the
attendee's free/busy information may display as a row of back slashes
indicating no information is available. I tried to follow the Tech. Doc
223986 from TechNet site and recreate the mailbox for the user but still no
help.

Does anyone of you get the same problem before?

Are you sure that user is publishing their free/busy information?

Yes. I am using the default settings which is publishing 2 months and every
15 minutes.

Does it only happen with one user or is it everybody? In other words
can you get the free/busy info for other users?

It occurs on some users, not all. Some works OK, some doesn't.

You're publishing every 15 minutes but are those users publishing too?
