Display as field in Contacts using Windows 2000 Professional

I have a field "Display as:" in my contacts just below the
e-mail address field. I would like to remove, because
when I send a message to that contact on the "TO:" line it
displays full name and the e-mail address in "parentheses"

You can change it to whatever you want, but you'll have to have something
there.
