"Display as:" in Outlook Contacts

Hello all,

This may be simply a conincedence but when I set up my Treo 700W active sync
I discovered that the subject variable reverted to an email address rather
than the name of the contact.

First - did anybody else have this problem?

Second - is there a way to "mass" convert this variable back to the name of
the person? I could even accept "Name (email address)" but just the email
address is too impersonal.

I am running Outlook 2003, SP2. My operating system is Windows XP
Professional with all updates installed.

Thanks in advance - manually changing all of the contacts will take forever!
