Display Baseline

Jim Aksel

We have multiple baselines on a project. When we go through the Gannt Chart
WIzard, all we get to diplay is "Baseline"

We wish to display a Baseline3 on the Gannt Chart.

We have already set the calcuations to calculate against this baseline under
Project/Options.

Anyone know how to display other baselines?

To display in the graphic area: Format > Bar Styles. Insert a row under
Baseline and name it Baseline 3, define the bar styles and color, put in row
2 or 3 (?) then it should be from - Baseline 3 Start to - Baseline 3 Finish.
OK
To dispaly a column simply Insert Column and chose what you want the column
header is.
Good Luck!

Hi Jim,

There is a Multiple Baselines Gantt view in MS Project 2002 and 2003 that by
defaults displays Baseline, Baseline1 and Baseline2 data. You could also
use that view as a guide to creating your own view as described by Catfish.

Hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
Julie
