Display bug still present in 2002 Pro SR-1?

Many posts found in google archive about the fact that a VBA program
can change the visibility of layers but it only shows in the current
page (the CellsC(visLayerVisibility) has the correct value but the
actual page isn't "refreshed").

This is generally attributed to a display bug in Visio 2000 SR1.
However, no such bug is reported on the MS KB. The behaviour still
exists in 2002 SR-1 - how do we report this to Microsoft as a bug and
get it fixed?
