In Outlook 2000, when I want to select a contact to send a
message to, I click on the "to" button, select the
appropriate address book, then scrool down to select the
person's name. If the person has multiple ways to contact
them listed (multiple e-mail addresses, fax numbers,
etc...) the contacts name is listed multiple times,
followed by the type oif address.
In outlook 2002, only the person's name is listed multiple
times, without an indication of the type of address
displayed next to the name. You can scroll to the left
once you have reached the name, and the type of address is
displayed. This process is rather awkward.
Does anyone know of a way to have the name display done in
Outlook 2002 the same way it is done in 2000? Any
suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks much.
