Display Custom Field Description in Reports

Hi,
I created reports in SSRS where some custom fields are displayed. I found
out the different tables in the Reporting Database to display the Custom
Field's value.
For one Custom Field, I have to display the description (the 2nd column when
you fill il the Lookup table, the title is "Description", the 1st one is the
"Value") and I don't know in which table it's located.
Do you know where this "Description" is located ?
I have noticed that the Description is displayed in the Project Center views
when the "Group by" a certain custom field is selected. On the first line of
the Group you will see the custom field description, on each line below you
will have the custom field value.
May be it's possible to have a look onto the project center view's code to
see the name of this custom field description, but I don't know how to do
it...

Descriptions are included for each value in the MSPLT_<Lookup Table
Name>_OlapView and MSPLT_<Lookup Table Name>_UserView views.

Thank you for your help.
Ok for the MSPLT_<Lookup Table Name>_UserView, I found out the
description'field I need but I didn't manage to make the link beetween this
view and the project's data including custom field's value (I have selected
the MSP_EpmProject_UserView). I have the project's name, the custom field's
value, but I couldn't find a solution to make a link with the custom field's
description... The different uid in the views or tables are not the same and
cannot be used as a common field to create a link.
Do you know how to solve this issue?
