display custom forms in reading pane preview

I have created a custome message form that has no "body" - it is a series of
user-defined fields. In other words I have a series of contact information
(this will be our contact request form) and all it has in it are a series of
textboxes for the user to fill in.

When I or anyone else recieves the messaage it is a blank message with my
signature in it. Only when you double click and actually open the message is
the custom fields displayed.

Is there anything I can do to have the reading pane display the custom
fields - or will my users have to always have to open the email to see the
information?

No. The Outlook reading pane does not display custom form fields.
