Display Custom Toolbar when Document Opens

K

Karin

Hi, I have this in the Auto Open of a document that I want to pass around to
a lot of people in our firm. I want the toolbar to display on open (it has
one button on it to run a macro). The macro and the toolbar are attached to
the document.

CommandBars("NFP").Visible = True

It pops up and then disappears.

Any suggestions?
TIA

Mmmm.

1. Version of Word?

2. Are you able to display the toolbar via the user interface?

Hi, Thanks for your assistance. A separate but similar thread took place,
see Command Button - No Print also posted 10/24. The separate thread
happened because I started out with a command button and then moved to the
toolbar problem. (So please don't get upset about multiple threads.)

The toolbar would not stay up if I opened Word directly from the document,
but if launch Word and then open the document it's fine.
