I have a customized task pane that contains Online Help information for a
specific form. If the user closes the task pane, they may not know how to
get it back. Does InfoPath support macros, or any other feature that enables
me to put a button on the form that when clicked brings up the customized
task pane with its help content?

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks in advance!

You can have a view where you can type in the help information and give a
link to user to switch to this view whenever help is needed.
