Display Help Button

I asked this question a few days ago, I got an answer but it was not what I
was looking for.

I have a customized task pane that contains Online Help information for a
specific form. If the user closes the task pane, they may not know how to
get it back. Does InfoPath support macros, or any other feature that enables
me to put a button on the form that when clicked brings up the customized
task pane with its help content?

Basically, does InfoPath support Macros, or otherwise give me access to its
VBA?
If so how do I gain access to it?
