Display *.hif files

Photo Editor is part of Office. I have a *.hif file (European picture) that I want to open. Photo editor doesn't work. Does anyone know of a Windows program that will display *.hif files?

Any help is appreciated...

Never heard of *.hif. Didn't think picture formats different here in
Europe than elsewhere. Looked for *.hif on google and various web sites
documenting file extensions. Can't find it.

What program made it?

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.

Go to www.whatis.com for a list of "Every File Format in the World" - it
might help.

Anyway if you like you can try to open it (first check it with antivirus program), change the suffix with the known types e.g. .jpg, .tiff, .png etc
If you aren't sure if this file is picture, try suffix .txt in case is text
Good luck if you gotta try

Let us know

According to www.filext.com .hif is an old file extension once used by Quicken.
They say that this hasn't been verified, but FWIW.
