Display image in form

I have just tried to implement the Microsoft Knowledge
Base Article 210100 called "ACC2000: How to Display an
Image from a Folder in a Form or Report." I have followed
instructions on how to set up the folders, file names etc,
and entered the suggested code. So far, it seems to get
tripped up on the third line of code:

On Error Goto PictureNotAvailable.

Any suggestions for a remedy?
Let me know if it would be helpful to just show all the
code here for review.
