Display list of Properties on Drawing-Visio 2003

How can I display a summary listing of the custom properties for each shape?
I understand how to create a separate report and I just learned about using
custom callouts to display the data for one shape but I'd like to include a
furniture list in the corner of my floor plan and I can not figure out how
to do this.

if you're just looking for a count, you can add the legend shape. If you're
looking for a realtime report you'll probably have to write code.
