Display meeting attendees on calendar

Is there a way to display meeting attendees on the Outlook calendar? Or any
other information from the appointment/meeting request other than just the
subject line?

Yes Stu there is.

Try the View called Day/week/month with Autopreview. It adds a few lines of
data from the Notes field.

Thanks, that helps. The Autopreview doesn't seem to work with "All Day
Events"
Correct? (Office 2003)

Did you try floating the cursor on it and waiting a few seconds? (I didn't
test but that may work).

Tried that, did not work. Whether it is a multi-day meeting or an All Day
event I can't see any notes. Is there any other way to display calendar info
maybe using forms or macros but in an Outlook calendar context? We are
trying to display notes and/or attendees info for several multi-day
events/meetings.

try defining a new View. There's some flexibility about how you set these
up for your specific needs.

You seem to be fairly knowledgeable in Outlook (2007) Calendars.

Is there a way of viewing other meeting attendees (required or optional) in
the day/week/month view without having to type their names into notes or
subject line?

This is in order to see who the meeting is with, at a glance, without
opening or printing the calendar appointment or typing names that you have
already selected as attendees.

As suggested to the Original Poster, OP, try a New View and see if you can
get it to show what you want to see.
