Hello. My organization has a custom Appointment Form which is used to
book resources via Outlook 2000. One issue that crops up again and
again is:
A user books a specific Classroom and also books the mobile TV/VCR for
the same meeting. (They do this by inviting these objects as resources)
Yet Classroom A already has a permanent TV/VCR in the room.
Is there any way when these two resources are chosen together to warn
the user that the room already has the equipment they are trying to book?
If not, any suggestions on how to best handle this, assuming our users
will never possess enough common sense to avoid the issue in the first
place?
Thanks for any assistance!!
