Display mutiple records

I have a table that keeps track of patients that have been
contrated to another facility, to which we are alloted ten
slots, I have a query that displays only those patients
who are currently in treatment. How can I dispaly those
ten records on a form at the same time.

Create a query to get you the records that you want to see.

Then the record source for your form would be this query.
Also, there is a property for 'continuous' form in there
somewhere.
