Display Name and email address

Hello,
I have an email that contains a distribution list. I would like to be able
to create my own distribution list from this email. But I don't want to add
them to my contacts list. How can i do this without going thought each one
and adding it to my list?
I am using Office 2003 Pro.

In what format is this DL? If it were truly an Outlook Distribution List
that was sent to you correctly, you would only need to open it and Save it.
