Display of fonts in Visio 2002

Org charts created in Visio v5 taken over to Visio 2002 produces fonts that display blurred. The primary font used in the original charts was Arial at 9pt. But even those enlarged to 10-12pts tend to appear fuzzy around the edges. The blur/fuzzy effect does lessen as the chart is enlarged to 100 or larger but this does not work for charts being published to the web very well

The displays being used are newer LCD flat panel set and some older style SVGA monitors. We are playing with different fonts but need to keep the chart size down to be effective. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

The fonts haven't changed, but the display engine has. Visio 2002 and later
uses anti-aliasing - the technique of making text and graphics fuzzy in
order to make it more legible. You can adjust this setting in Tools >
Options > View.
