Display outline number

Hi there,

I'd like to figure out which field I can use to display the outline number
that I have setup for my document. I have my lessons numbered through outline
numbering and I'd like to refer to lesson 4 in the text . "Lesson 4 is about
" and " In Lesson 4" etc. I don't wan't to manually type the lesson 4 as I
may change the order of the lessons and I'd like to make it dynamic.

Is there a field code I could use that would reference this number?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
