Display Outlook calendar in web page dynamically?

Hi everyone,

I would have thought this was a common function but cannot find much help on
the 'web.

We have a number of shared calendars and want to publish them on out
Intranet, and want them to be dynamic. Does anyone have any pointers on how
to go about this please?

You want them to be dynamic in which way?
What are the specifications of your current environment?
When using Exchange, you can already share calendars between users and also
access them via in a browser via OWA.

Hi Roady,

By dynamic I mean that I will save appts from Outlook as normal, and within
a time frame the web page will show the update without any intervention. i.e.
Like a shared calendar but viewed from the browser.

Environment: Exchange 2007, Office 2007, don't know full specs but it's
large and confident we have most toys, and can always procure.

Have tried OWA but cannot get around two problems. It always asks for a
username and password, and cannot stop the calendar being full access. OWA
would suffice if we could stop these two major problems.

Let's focus on those points then;

-if you are accessing it via the Intranet (an Active Directory I assume),
you can enable integrated authentication for OWA. This way your credentials
that you used on to log onto Windows are used to logon to OWA.

-permissions on the Calendar can be set at Outlook level. It is only full
access when the user configured its own Calendar that way. You can set full
access permissions for 1 group and give another group Read Only access and
leave every one else without permissions. The user is in control.

will update hourly. You can control the level of detail that gets published.
Outlook can publish to office online or you ca your own web server and a web
app to render it.

Thanks Diane, I had seen that. However, it only re-uploads an ICS file, which
users then have to click on - I couldn't seem to get it to display the ICS
file automatically?
