Display photos stored in SQL 2005 on forms and reports

My app is Access 2000 DAO front-end linked to MSsql 2005 back-end. Using the
AdventrueWorks sample, how can I display photos on forms and reports from the
Production.ProductPhoto table? Also, how do I add photos, assuming I using a
similar database structure to AW? What is the best file type and resolution?
