Display Resource Percent Allocation in Field Column

I would like to insert a column into my project plan that shows the percent
allocated for a resource. I can display this information in the Details area
of the resource view, but woul like to see it in the Usage table as well. How
can I do this?

Insert the "Assignment Units" field using the Insert Column option in
either the Task Usage or the Resource Usage view.

Bob,
Well, you can't. Percent Resource Allocation is a timephased field only.
It basically describes how much work a resource is assigned divided by
that resources work capacity during a specific period of time. It
doesn't have any meaning in aggregate form, which is what you want.

Why not use the Assignment Units field? It shows the percentage a
resource is assigned to any given task in the Usage views and it is an
aggregate value.
