Display Shap ID on ICON

I want the internal Shap ID of a computer to be displayed on the icon. Can I
do that?

A lot of things are possible. Perhaps you could share with us the version of
Visio you're using, what you believe a ShapeId is (under the covers it is a
number that is specific to a shape and the page it sits on), and since Icons
are handled somewhat differently than Visio shapes what you are trying to
do...
