Display split form as a sub form

Hello,

I made a split form (frmPattern) and I am using it as a subform in another
form (frmRequest). When frmRequest is in form view, frmPattern does not
display as a split form. I cannot figure out what properties to set to make
it show. If I open frmPattern by itself, it displays as a split form.

If anyone knows what I'm doing wrong, please let me know, Thank You!
