Display Tag names instead of Icons

Anyone know if it's possible to display Tag 'display name' instead of the
icons on the Tags toolbar?

Not easily. Click on Tools | Customize | Commands and then click to select
a Tag in your Tags menu bar. From the Modify Selection button, choose
"Text Only (Always)". You will have to repeat this for each Tag.
