Display the Outlook Calendar on the desktop

(If not already done,) would it be possible to display the current month(s)
of the Calendar directly on the desktop (with a transparent background?),
even if outlook is not running?
That way, it would be available at a mouse click (or 2, even if you have
hundreds of windows open over it).

Thanks,
Spife
