Display two project versions in one view in Project Center

I have two version setup. Published and Approved. Approved is setup as
Archived=Yes.

I want to be able to show in a Project Center view, these two versions of
each project with some of the custom enterprise codes we've setup. The
Approved version represents the key portfolio metadata recorded at the time
the project was passed from our portfolio management function to the working
project manager who will oversee the project to completion.

The purpose of my request is to allow the portfolio management function to
see both versions and detect changes in the metadata between the versions.

I can't seem to get a Project Center view to show the Approved versions. I
built a view from scratch and there are no filters on Version.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks,

Your project manager needs to open a .Published version, click File - Save
As, select Approved as the Type, and then click Save. Hope this helps.

Dale,

I neglected to say that I already have one project with a .Published and
..Approved version. The .Approved just isn't showing up.

I figured it out. Open the .Approved version, then click Collaborate -
Publish - Project Plan. This will "push" the new version of the project to
the Project Center page. Hope this helps.
