display units : small number

How to customize y axis to display small number in
thousandths unit. For example, 0.0045 will be displayed
as 4.5. I don't want to use scientific notation E,
instead putting "thousandth" in y-axis label.

Harry -

You'll have to multiply your data by 1000, and insert "thousandths" into the axis title.
