Display values on a form Access 2002

I have a form displaying golf scores data across the
bottom of the screen. Using timer property this scrolls
through a whole set of records - name with score
I want to have the color of individual scores change from
black to red when values are below a set score. ie 73.
How might I make colors change automatically?

In form design mode, right click the control and choose Conditional
Formatting.
