I'm using a signature device to capture signatures/passwords in a
form.
Right now we have 2 options within the form.
1. Print the form
2. Export the form to an archive system where all of our documents
are stored.
I'm working w/ member sensitive information.
The way we want the form to work is that we can print the form WITH
the password displayed.
But when the form is exported to the archive system, the password is
NOT displayed.
The form is exported to the archive system by way of an image print
driver. So, when we click export, it prints the form to a TIFF file
which is then exported.
So, this is my idea of what I want to do.
Set the default "display when" field of the image to "Screen Only"
within the Form itself.
But create a "print" button that will change the "display when" field
to "Print Only" when I hit the print button.
This way when I export the document and it uses the image print driver
to convert it to a TIFF, it won't create it w/ the password b/c it is
set by default to "Screen Only"
Hope this makes sense....
Is this possible, and can someone lead me in the right direction?
Thanks for any help
