I recently updated Windows XP from the Microsoft webpage
and afterward the display on the monitor was off center
and much smaller than before. I reset the monitor to
center the display, but the display is still much smaller
than before. A web page fills up the screen vertically
but not horizontally, I've got about 2 inches to spare on
either side. I'd rather have the web page fill up the
screen horizontally since I have to scroll vertically
anyway. I tried making the text larger but that doesn't
change the size of the page display. I've tried every
buttonI can think of in the control panel under monitor,
internet, etc, but haven't been able to find the solution
to making the page bigger. This also affects my Outlook
page. Can anybody point me to the proper place to make
the page wider? Thanks so much, PT
