People visiting my site with 800 x 600 display setting cannot scroll all the
way to the right to see the whole page. What can I do to change my site
settings?

Why can't they scroll all the way to the right? It sounds like you have an
object (table, div, image, cell, etc.) that has a width of over 100%.

Design your site with tables set to width of 760px.

If you would like to have the content change to fit the screen size, just put
in in a table (take a look at the next post "screen size")

in any case they *should* be able to scroll to the right with the bottom scroll
bar. It will come up if the page is wider than the browser screen/window.
