When I open up my Conacts (running MS Office 2003), I would like to see all
fields with data in them, and none of the blank fields. How can I set up my
View in this manner? Also, I am having a peculiar problem...contacts that
have addresses do NOT have them displayed, but when I double click on the
Contact record to open it up, then immediately close it, the address
information is displayed for that Contact. Of course, I would like to
display address information for evey Contact for whom I have such data.
Lastly, how can I display all the Journal Entries that relate to a
particular Contact? Thanks.
