Displaying Comments

I have trouble displaying any comments that are entered into either Word or
PowerPoint docs by a Windows Office 2003 user. I am running MAC OS 10.3.7
and have tried to fix this in both Office X and the Office 2004 Demo without
success. I have "View Comments" checked and if I enter a comment, I can see
it. Thank you. Russ
