Displaying custom ribbon with Pivot table

I have a query in an Access 2007 database for which I have set the default
view as Pivot Table. When the pivot table is displayed I'd like to load a
custom ribbon menu. There doesn't appear to be any way to do this easily as
when a report or form is loaded. Does anyone know a workaround or any way in
which this can be achieved?

One option would be to create your custom ribbon and hide it at load time.
Then you can use vba to display your ribbon when appropriate.

I'm not quite sure how that would work. I have a main form that loads when
the application is started. There is a ribbon, rbnMain, that is set as the
ribbon for frmMain. The pivot table view of the query is called from a
button on rbnMain. Are you suggesting that I can load more than one ribbon
at the same time with one hidden?
