I have read numerous “Data Displaying in Columns†posts, however, this one I
haven’t come across. I want to display the data in Columns of 3, evenly
distributed on the page, down and across, without pushing the Report Footer
data on to the 2nd page. Currently, the Page Set up is 3 Columns, down and
across. What is displayed is a single column of the 14 records with the
Report Footer (a summary) on the 2nd page, a lot of wasted column space not
being used for Columns 2 and 3. If I set the Columns across and down, the 14
records are displayed in 3 columns, however not in the format I want; the
data is read from Left to right on each row. Is there a VBA coding to
correct the display format as I have shown below? I’m not fluent in VBA, a
sample would be helpful if there is one. Thanks in advance. Curtis.
