How do I change my default options to only display my office hours when
scheduling a meeting? Also how to I change my default, so that if I create a
new meeting or appointment and then go to the scheduling tab, it displays the
first open time (from today on) automatically?
Currently, if I try to schedule a meeting, my calendar automatically
defaults to Monday at midnight. So if I try to schedule a meeting on Friday,
I have to scroll all the way through the week that has passed to get to
Friday and if there is no time available on Friday, I have to scroll through
the weekend to get to the next Monday. Then I have to figure out if I am
looking at 9am or 9pm. I figured out now that I can click on the options
button in the scheduling tab and select "Display only my office hours" but
how do I get it to default to this option every time instead of always having
to go in and select the option? And that still doesn't solve the problem of
defaulting the schedule to a Monday that has passed.
Any help would be appreciated!
