Displaying dynamic InfoPath forms in Internet Exploxer

I would like to display InfoPath forms in a pane in Internet Explorer (like
you could display a word document in a pane in IE). I would like to be able
to quickly navigate between forms and invision having a pane on the left of
IE with client names and would like to click on a client name and have their
populated form appear in a pane on the right. I would then like to be able
to quickly switch back and form between clients' forms. (having a half dozen
or more active forms open at a time).

Can this or something like this be done?

As discussed many times on this forum, users must have InfoPath if they wish
to fill in InfoPath forms.

I understand that the InfoPath must be installed to view an InfoPath form,
but in IE you can display PDF and Word documents within a pane, and within
that pane you have the functionality of Acrobat or Word (also assuming Word
is installed on that computer).

So I would like a InfoPath to open within a pane in IE, and use IE to
navigate between forms.

Thanks.

At this point, InfoPath is not hostable in any way. This would include
being hosted in a task pane type of situation within IE.

We appreciate you describing this scenario, as it helps us understand what
customers are really looking for in InfoPath.

Although it is true that you cannot view InfoPath forms on the web. You can
publish the data to a SharePoint library and use web parts based on the
library to view the data. You can still not enter data, but it can be viewed
by people without Infopath.

Just an idea.
