Displaying Fields From Other Table

Greetings,

I have a form that is based on a MiscTransactions Table and displays all teh
fields for entering records. Now this table has certain fields that are
coming from other tables. i.e. They are setup codes from other setup tables.

What I want is to display the descriptions so that when a user is entering
or viewing the form he/she can see what that code reflects to.
